Here are my two simple ways from natures own remedies for cough and cold problem.

cold remedies. Below are two formulas that your mom can do for your cough and colds.

Here are two simple cough and colds syrup that are safe to administer not only for children but for adults as well.

Garlic honey cough and colds syrup

a) Peel garlic cloves and put into a jar.
b) Cover with honey.
c) Set in a warm place for two weeks or more until the garlic turns opaque.
d) Take one teaspoon as needed.
e) Dilute with a little water or lemon juice for children.

Onion cough and colds syrup

a) Slice onions and put into a jar.
b) Cover it with honey and let stand overnight.
c) Strain and take a teaspoonful 4 to 5 times daily or as needed.
