Convenience food in the form of instant food, ready-to-mix, ready-to-cook, and ready-to-eat items has made like easier for all of us. Many of these preserves food are canned in tin cans, in bottles, in plastics, and in thick cartons lined with foils. From meat to fish to fruits and vegetables and many snack items, packaging has become an indispensable part in preserving the quality of the food.

Root crops, onions, garlic, potatoes are stored in baskets or trays. The basket can be hanged. Or trays maybe slotted to allow ventilation. Fresh foods like pork, beef, fish, chicken, and seafood are washed then wrapped individually in plastic bags or stored in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. Eggs are placed in the egg compartment of the refrigerator with the pointed side. Butter and diaries are also placed on the door compartment of the refrigerator.
